The Template Library is where you browse, adopt, and edit HR document templates. Document Studio is not a separate section ÔÇö it opens as a panel within the Template Library when you click Document Studio / Export on any adopted company template. The full workflow runs inside one screen.
Step 1: Find a template
Open HR Suite >> Template Library. Use the search bar or filter by Family or Tag to find a suitable base template. Click Preview to review structure and wording before committing.
Step 2: Adopt into your company library
Click Adopt on a library template. This creates a company-owned draft under Company Adopted Templates. The original library template is unchanged ÔÇö you are working on your own copy.
Step 3: Edit the company draft
Click Edit Draft on the adopted template to tailor wording and structure to your business. You can also click Customise with AI to generate or refine content. Save the draft when ready.
Step 4: Export via Document Studio
Click Document Studio / Export on the adopted template. The Document Studio panel opens showing export options and a live HTML preview.
- Select or save a Saved Style Profiles entry to reuse branding settings across future exports.
- Choose an Export Format: DOCX, PDF, RTF, HTML, TXT, or Markdown.
- Optionally set a Document Title, Subtitle, Header Note, Accent Color, and Font Family.
- Toggle Include Logo, Include Disclaimer, Include Structure Summary, and Include Support Footer as needed.
- Click Refresh Preview to update the live preview, then click Export Document to download the file.
