Lightning Payroll calculates your employees' super, tax and leave accruals out of the box.
Lightning Payroll uses the latest built-in tax tables to calculate the correct tax for each employee. To make sure the right tax is calculated, enter the employee's correct Tax File Number under Employees >> Tax Rates >> Tax Settings.
Lightning Payroll also calculates each employee's holiday, sick and long service leave entitlements on a pay-by-pay basis. You choose which settings to use when setting up an employee and the program does the rest. You can also enter existing leave balances for employees.
Finally, Lightning Payroll is set up to calculate the standard 12% Super Guarantee by default. You can adjust these settings under Employees >> Super.
