What Free Support Includes

Our team can confirm how the software behaves, the current version, and where to enter settings, but employers remain responsible for the correctness of pay rates, entitlements, classifications, and compliance choices in their own payroll.
To check for common setup issues yourself, use the built-in Data Validation tool under Tools >> Data Validation in the desktop app.
