Forgot Your Password? Reset It From the Login Screen
If you cannot sign in to the employee portal, click Forgot Employee Portal Password? on the login page. You will be taken to the Password Recovery screen.
- Select Employee Portal User as your account type.
- Enter your employee email address or username.
- Click Send Password Reset Instructions. A reset link will be emailed to the address registered on your employee account. The link expires after two hours.
- Open the email and click the Reset Password link. You will be taken to the Set your employee portal password page.
- If your email address is linked to more than one employee portal account, select the correct account from the list.
- Enter a New password and Confirm new password that meets the requirements shown on screen, then click Save Password.
- Click Continue to Login to sign in with your new password.

If you did not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. The system only sends a reset email when the email address or username matches an active employee portal account ÔÇö it will not confirm whether a match was found.
Change Your Password While Logged In
Once you are signed in to the employee portal, you can update your password at any time from the Password section in the navigation menu.
- Open the portal menu and select Password. You can also reach this page from Employee details by clicking Change Password.
- Enter your New password and Confirm password, meeting all the requirements shown.
- Click Save Password.

Password Requirements
- At least 10 characters
- No more than 20 characters
- One lowercase letter (aÔÇôz)
- One uppercase letter (AÔÇôZ)
- One number (0ÔÇô9)
- One special character: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + =
