The Licence / Account Details panel gives you a snapshot of your subscription, usage, add-ons, and two-factor authentication (2FA) setup in one place.
In the online (web/mobile) app
Click Licence Details in the top navigation bar. A modal will open showing the following sections:
- Account ÔÇö your logged-in username, email address, Account / Customer ID, and Primary Subscription ID.
- Subscription ÔÇö the email address the subscription is registered to, the expiry date with a days-remaining indicator, any active add-ons (Accounting Integration, Farm Focus, HR/Reimbursements), and a Read-Only Expiry date if your subscription has recently lapsed.
- Usage ÔÇö progress meters showing how many employees and companies you are currently using against the limit on your plan. A plan with no employee or company cap displays as Unlimited.
- Two-Factor Authentication ÔÇö a QR code and manual key you can scan or enter into an authenticator app to set up or re-register OTP-based 2FA on your account.
If your account has additional active subscriptions (for example, a secondary company tier), they are listed in an Other Active Subscriptions table showing each Subscription ID, expiry date, and employee allowance.
The Refer a Friend button inside the panel takes you directly to the referral section of your account settings.

Click OK to close the panel.
In the desktop app
Open Tools >> Licence Details. The screen shows the total companies and employees permitted under your licence, which add-ons are active, and the licensed email address. From here you can also remove a computer seat if needed.
