Answer
Manual adjustments are used for opening balances, corrections, alternative holidays earned, and other ledger corrections that are not entered as leave taken in a pay.
- Open Employees >> Leave >> Leave Entitlement Adjustments.
- Select Add Manual Adjustment.
- Choose the leave type: Annual Holidays, Sick, or Alternative Holiday.
- Enter the quantity. Use a positive value to add leave and a negative value to deduct leave.
- Enter the date and a clear note explaining the adjustment.
- Select Save Adjustment.
A saved adjustment cannot be edited in place. To fix a mistake, delete the adjustment from the adjustments table and add a new one with the correct details.
