Use Family Violence in the pay's Leave Taken section when the employee is eligible and the employer is paying family violence leave.
Enter the date and Quantity, and set the rate; the Value calculates automatically. Family violence leave is sensitive, so avoid unnecessary detail in the pay-row description or payslip wording. Use neutral wording where the employer needs privacy-aware records.
Lightning Payroll does not maintain a separate Family Violence balance. If the employer grants additional paid leave, enter the agreed pay row and keep any sensitive supporting notes outside public-facing payslip text.
