Annual holidays can be taken before the employee has become entitled to them only if the employer and employee agree.
- Edit the pay and open Leave Taken.
- Add Annual Holidays.
- Choose weeks, days, or hours and enter the agreed quantity.
- Check the rate and total amount before completing the pay.
- Review Leave Balances and Balance Breakdown to confirm the effect on the Annual Holidays balance.
If the balance becomes negative, keep a clear note in the pay description or employee notes so final pay and later corrections can be explained.
