- Make sure historic gross earnings are complete in Historic Pay.
- Check whether regular allowances, commission, or overtime are included in the employer's leave calculation.
- Override the pay row rate when the default hourly rate does not reflect the required leave value; the total amount recalculates automatically.
When support investigates these cases, compare the pay row against the earnings history, not just the employee's current hourly rate.
