The Historic Pay tab is available for employees. It shows the earnings history used when annual holidays and final pay need AWE and OWP style checks.
What to review
- Earnings Coverage: AWE per week, OWP per week, weeks with earnings data, coverage percentage, and the reviewed date range.
- Imported Historic Gross Earnings: pay date, gross earnings, and whether the row counts toward AWE.
- Lightning Payroll Pays: completed payroll pays from the last 12 months.
If the coverage alert shows missing weeks, import or correct the missing earnings before relying on annual holidays, cash-up, or termination values.
