If a public holiday falls on a day the employee would otherwise have worked, that day is treated as a public holiday, not as Annual Holidays.
- Enter Annual Holidays only for the annual holiday days being deducted.
- Enter a separate Public Holiday row for the public holiday if it is being paid in that pay.
- Check the work pattern and otherwise-working-day decision before completing the pay.
This is especially important over Christmas/New Year closedowns and Mondayised public holidays.
