Before completing a pay with leave, check both the pay row and the employee's leave ledger.
- Check the leave type, date, unit, quantity, rate, and total amount.
- Check whether the leave row should be weeks, days, or hours.
- Use Leave Balances to confirm native-unit balances.
- Review the Grant Schedule if any grants are shown as Pending; grants are added automatically when the pay is completed.
- Use How is this balance calculated? when the deduction or grant is not obvious.
Do not complete the pay while a work pattern, historic earnings, or opening balance problem is still unresolved.
