Before running a final pay, review the employee's leave records and the final employment date.
- Check Employment Dates and the termination date.
- Open Leave Entitlement Adjustments >> Balance Breakdown.
- Check Annual Holidays, projected annual holidays, Alternative Holidays, and any pending grant items.
- Review Historic Pay coverage for AWE and OWP.
- Use the termination form to calculate or manually enter leave payout amounts.
If you choose Enter leave amounts manually, keep your external calculation with the payroll records.
